• Course activity — lesson progress, notes, questions, and access status.
• Fanvue account data — when connected, your Fanvue handle and account identifiers needed for integrations.

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your Creator Class account.
• Send you transactional emails (e.g. password setup, account notifications).
• Provide course access, progress tracking, creator tools, and Fanvue integrations.
• Analyse product usage to improve the service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We use the following third-party services to process your data:

• Neon — database hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent to data processing.

5. Creator Data Deletion

Creators can request full deletion of their Creator Class data from Creator Settings or by emailing hello@creatorclass.app from the email address connected to their account. Deletion requests are reviewed promptly and honoured unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
